HOW TO: List Products

We will start adding a simple product or service in your listing. You’ll need to do the following:

1. Login to Vendor Central
2. Go to Listings
3. Click on Add New

Now it will bring you to the Add Product configuration:

The default Product to add is the ‘Simple Product’, in this example, we will show you how to add a Simple Product. 

Select the following: Catalog/Virtual/Downloadable

Fill in the following:

• Title of the Products or Services
• Price/Sale Price
• Short Description
• Pictures
• Description
• Categories
• Tags

Scroll down and you will have the following tabs:

• Inventory
• Downloadable
• Shipping
• Tax
• Attributes
• Linked
• Product Policies
• Advanced

In the Inventory tab, you’ll have an option to add the following:

• SKU
• Manage Stock
• Stock Status
• Sold Individually

Now, to add your downloadable product file, you’ll need to go to the Downloadable tab and upload the file(s) for your listing.

In the Shipping tab, you’ll be able to add in the weight, dimension, shipping class and processing time. In this example, we do not need to set these parameters as we are creating a downloadable listing.

The Tax section, you can set up the tax class for your listing:

If you like to add attributes in your listing, you can simply do this by going to the ‘Attributes’ tab:

For adding recommended products and services to your listing, you can do this in the ‘Linked’ tab:

Under the ‘Product Policies’ tab, you can set specific shipping, refund, exchange policies for your listing other than your global policies:

In the ‘Advanced’ tab, you’ll have an option to Enable reviews, Menu Order and Purchase Note:

Once completed, SAVE all the changes and review your listing:

We will now move on to adding a listing for Bookable Product (Service). Add a new listing and select ‘Bookable product’:

Select the following: Catalog/Has Resources/Has Person/Virtual

Fill in the following:

• Title of the Products or Services
• Price/Sale Price
• Short Description
• Pictures
• Description
• Categories
• Tags

Now, you will be able to configure various options for the listing: 

• Booking Options
• Shipping (do not need)
• Attributes
• Availability
• Cost
• Resources
• Product Policies
• Advanced

For the Booking Options, you’ll have the options to configure the parameters :

For the Attributes tab, you can set up your listing with different options for your service:

In the Availability tab, you can set the parameters for your listing:

The Resource tab, let’s you add a resource for your listing:

Under the ‘Product Policies’ tab, you can set specific shipping, refund, exchange policies for your listing other than your global policies:

In the Advanced tab, you can configure the review, menu Order and Purchase Note:
